Karen T. Friedl is a General Partner and Chief Engineer of SolutionTech. She has been with the firm since the inception with varying degrees of responsibilities and development roles.
Karen has a strong background that consists of environmental audits and permitting requirements, process engineering and line planning applications. Additional work has included company wellness and healthcare planning, relocation specialties, event planning and a corporate instructor for statistics (Six Sigma) and chemistry/chemical engineering.
Industry experience includes Automotive, Appliance Production, Paints and Coatings, Food Products, Paper and Printing, and miscellaneous manufacturing components.
Karen has earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Akron where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. Karen has completed her E.I.T. and is working on her certification as a Professional Engineer. Additionally, she is completing certification in lean manufacturing. She currently resides in Medina, Ohio.
